SBA sizing and how we work
SBA currently lists 7(a) loans up to $5 million and 504 financing up to $5.5 million, and eligible 7(a) and 504 financing may be combined up to $10 million cumulatively under the policy effective July 4, 2026.
Brickell Wallstreet Capital arranges and facilitates financing; we are not the SBA. SBA 7(a) borrowers work with participating lenders, and 504 loans are made through Certified Development Companies working with lending partners.
Rates, points, fees and turnaround times shown are indicative market ranges used for estimating only. They are not an offer, commitment, or guarantee of terms. Final pricing is set by the funding lender in an executed term sheet and depends on credit, collateral, leverage, and market conditions at closing.
