Licensing Disclosures

Important regulatory, licensing, and broker-arranger disclosures.

Brickell Wallstreet Capital arranges and facilitates financing through a network of certified lenders, private capital partners, and institutional funding sources. The disclosures below are provided to help you understand our role, the role of our partners, and your rights as a borrower, lender, or broker.

1. Loan Arranger / Broker Role

Brickell Wallstreet Capital acts as a loan arranger, correspondent, and facilitator. We are not a direct lender, bank, or Certified Development Company unless expressly disclosed in a specific transaction. We do not make credit decisions or commit to fund loans. All approvals, rates, terms, and funding are provided by the applicable lender or capital source.

2. SBA Program Disclosures

SBA 7(a), 504, and related SBA-backed loans are originated and funded by participating SBA lenders and Certified Development Companies (“CDCs”) in our network. Brickell Wallstreet Capital assists with packaging, matching, and submission but is not the SBA lender. SBA loans are subject to SBA eligibility, underwriting, approval, and program requirements, which may change at any time.

3. NMLS and State Licensing

Where required by state or federal law, Brickell Wallstreet Capital and its personnel maintain applicable mortgage broker, lender, loan arranger, or other licenses. Our NMLS identification number and state licenses are available upon request. Third-party lenders and brokers in our network are responsible for maintaining their own licenses and compliance with applicable state and federal laws.

4. No Guarantee of Approval or Terms

Submission of an application or pre-qualification request does not guarantee approval, funding, or any particular interest rate, loan amount, term, or closing timeline. All offers are subject to verification of information, credit review, collateral evaluation, appraisal, title review, and the lender's final underwriting discretion.

5. Compensation Disclosure

Brickell Wallstreet Capital may receive compensation from lenders, investors, or other parties in connection with loans arranged through our platform. Broker and referral partners may also receive commissions in accordance with disclosed compensation schedules. Compensation arrangements do not influence our obligation to present suitable financing options in good faith.

6. Equal Housing / Equal Credit Opportunity

We and our lending partners comply with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), Fair Housing Act, and other applicable anti-discrimination laws. Loan decisions are based on creditworthiness, collateral, and other lawful underwriting criteria without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, or other protected characteristics.

7. Information Sharing Authorization

By submitting an application, you authorize Brickell Wallstreet Capital to share your information with prospective lenders, underwriters, appraisers, title companies, credit bureaus, and other service providers necessary to evaluate and close your loan. You also authorize us to obtain credit reports and verify the information you provide.

8. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with third-party service providers for identity verification, electronic signatures, document storage, payment processing, and communications. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information, but their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. State-Specific Disclosures

Certain states require additional disclosures, notices, or cancellation rights. If your transaction is subject to state-specific requirements, we will provide the applicable disclosures as part of your loan documentation or upon request.
